The inscription does not seem to have been recorded before. It is high up in the same natural "niche" as JSLih 071 and can only be seen with binoculars or a telephoto lens. The first line is very faint but the second is clear. Both lines begin and end with ḏ which is probably an apotropaic abbreviation of the divine name ḏ-ġbt. The name ʿbdyḥg has not been found before. For the interpretation of the word zmr cf. Arabic zammār "a flute player" (Lane 1250c) or player upon a mizmār "a double reed-pipe" (Lane 1251a). This would seem to be what the instrument was since in the drawing accompanying HCH 79 a woman playing a double flute is described as zmrt (cf. Arabic zåmirah, Lane 1250c). The content of the second line is repeated in a more formal version of the script in JSLih 284.
