OCIANA
Translation
By Ḥnn son of ʿḏrʾl of the lineage of ʿmrt and he halted on account of the downpour the year the king of Nabataea died.

Commentary
On the published facsimile the second letter of gn{b} is shown as the same length as the n's in the text and is not only too short to be a l as read by the Ed. pr. but lacks their distinctive hook at one end. However on the photograph a hook can be seen at its lower extremity and it looks as though the letter extends across the ends of both lines 2 and 3. For ʾ-dmt "the downpour" see Al-Jallad & Jaworska under dmt
