TEXT Winnett: z bn ḥb h ʿf, "This is Bin-Ḥibb, the diviner". DISCUSSION King (1990: 678) commented: "It is very doubtful that this is an inscription".

Provenance
Winnett commented: "The inscription was found and photographed by Major M.D. Van Lesen, M. C., during an expedition into the eastern Jordanian desert in October, 1960. The exact finding place is given as a cairn at Bir Naʿām (...), about 160 kms. east of Maʿān". Two photos and a rubbing of the inscription were kindly sent to me by Professor A.M. Honeyman of St. Andrew's University"
