Commentary
There are two loop shapes before the f which are inked in in the copy. The first is smaller than the second. The inscription is surrounded by a cartouche. Safaitic s²yʾ could be connected to Arabic šāʾa "to will, want, intend". The formula of this inscription could be compared to the common PN w ts²wq "PN and he was in a state of longing".
