Interpretation
- Apparatus Criticus
- BRCM: ḥffn for ḥ{s²}{f}[n]. Translation: "For ʾs¹ son of ʾnʿm son of Ḥffn and I regret (I feel sorrow for) his followers."
- Commentary
- The text at the top of the face reading from left to right and curving back on itself. The last three letters of the third name have been hammered over and are restored on the basis of BRCM 19.3 where it is clear that the second letter is different from the third.
