By ʾdm son of Mlk son of Ys¹mʿl son of Ṣʿd and he went to water at H- Nmrt during S¹bṭ so O Bʿls¹mn [grant] relief to those who wait [for the rains] and [inflict] ejection from the grave by his brother on him who destroys the carving
