l kmd bn ʾḏnt bn ʾs¹ w ḫrṣ ʾḫ -h m mdbr f h gdḍf w h lt w h ds²r w h s²ʿhqm qbll s¹lm

Translation

By Kmd son of ʾḏnt son of ʾs¹ and kept watch for his brother from the inner desert. So, O Gdḍf and O Lt and O Ds²r and O S²ʿhqm [grant] the benevolence of security
