l ʾll bn ḏkr w r{ʿ}y h- nḫl bql dṯʾ w ḫll f h yṯʿ flṭ
Translation
By ʿll son of Ḏkr and {he pastured} the valley on green herbage in the season of later rains and he camped and so O Yṯʿ deliver [him]

Interpretation

Commentary
The inscription is carved rather chaotically below AAWHA 86. There is what looks like a false start before the lām auctoris, and this and the first five letters have been lightly scratched over. The beginning of the narrative is in a damaged part of the stone and while the first and third letters of rʿy can be seen it is difficult to make out the ʿ.
