Transliteration
l ys¹lm bn ġlṭ bn rbn w rʿy h- nḫl tbb f h rḍw flṭ m- b[[]]ʾs¹
Translation
By Ys¹lm son of Ġlṭ son of Rbn and he pastured the valley being lost and so O Rḍw [grant] deliverance from despair

Interpretation

Commentary
The author made a mistake after the b when writing the word bʾs¹ and then crossed it out. There are light scratches over some of the letters.
