Transliteration
l hnʾt bn ḥṭml h- s¹nt w ʿlf ʾmr nw
Translation
By Hnʾt son of Ḥṭm this year of famine and he {fed [the anmials] on dry fodder while leading the migration.

Interpretation

Commentary
WH 2831 is a continuation of of 2830, as suggested in WHs commentary to the latter. WH read a y at the end, after nw, but this is neither on the photograph nor on their copy.

Provenance
WH Cairn 37 and this inscription were rediscovered and photographed by the Badia Epigraphic Survey in 2018 and the co-ordinates given are exact.
