- Translation
- By Hnʾt son of Ḥṭm this year of famine and he {fed [the anmials] on dry fodder while leading the migration.
Interpretation
- Commentary
- WH 2831 is a continuation of of 2830, as suggested in WHs commentary to the latter. WH read a y at the end, after nw, but this is neither on the photograph nor on their copy.
- Provenance
- WH Cairn 37 and this inscription were rediscovered and photographed by the Badia Epigraphic Survey in 2018 and the co-ordinates given are exact.
