This inscription and BES15 476 were accidentally re-recorded as BES15 980–981 which have now been deleted. The first name is difficult to read. Its final letter is clearly a r, but the letter before it looks like a l. However, bnlr or even bʿlr, would seem to be an unlikely name. The author of this text and that of BES15 476 share a grandfather.
