By ʿrk son of Ynṯ son of S²mt son of ʾnʿm <<>> son of ʾs¹ son of S²ddt son of Wṯqt of the lineage of Bll and he was on the look out and so O Lt, [grant] change his condition of need; and he grieved in pain for Bʿb; and blind whoever effaces this writing
