Interpretation

Commentary

This person is the father of the author of BES19s 71.1. Due to space limitations they had to stagger the lettering to spell out the name Lṭmt. The letters /n/ /m/ and /l/ are just barely visable, after the bn for "son of" that comes right after the name ʿmm. The name after Nml, with high degree of probability is s¹ḫr, the angle of the glyph for the s¹ is clear enough, the remaining letters can be inferred if we assume that this is the genealogy "lṭmt bn ʿmm bn nml bn s¹ḫr" which appears in three other inscriptions: BES15 1084, BES20 106, and KRS1579. If s²mt is this person's brother, then his nephews would be the authors of KRS 1578 and KRS 1581
