l ymlk bn mʿl w rʿy h- nḫl h- ḍʾn ḥdṯ w nṣr ʾṯʿ s¹nt qtl ʾl ḥrs²n ḏ ʾl ḥg f h lh s¹lm m s²nʾ w ʿwr m ʿwr

Translation

By Ymlk son of Mʿl and he pastured the sheep in this valley having read aloud and he was in need of aid [from] ʾṯʿ in the year that the lineage group of Ḥrs¹n killed he who is from lineage group of Ḥg and so O Lh [grant] security and blind he would would efface [this inscription]
