- Commentary
- The inscription is scratched lightly next to BES20 1588, which reads l ḥzq bn ʾbḍ. This inscription is missing the b of the patronym, reading ʾḍ. It is likely that this is a mistake by the author, which is perhaps why he carved the larger correctly spelled inscription next to it. Josef Bloomfield
