Interpretation
- Commentary
- The author's name is difficult to make sense of. The first letter is clearly a l. The second looks like a square s¹, with the two legs closed up at the bottom. This also gives the shape of a y with a large circle and small stem. Both ls¹ṭʾ and lyṭʾ, however, seem unlikely names. The rest of the inscription is covered by damage and BES20 1808.
