The interpretation of this text is preliminary and is based on the Thamudic formula b- Divine Name + Phrase. If this is correct, then the term after b- should be construed as a divine name, perhaps lqh or even lqhnq. The first is to be preferred and probably connected with the root wqh as in the divine name ʾlmqh of the Sabaeans. At the present moment, this is only a guess.
nq: Perhaps we can connect this to Mehri nəqáy 'pure' (Johnstone 1987: 299). The spelling here would imply a pronunciation like niqī.
ṭrbm: The interpretation of this word is highly conjectural as the value of the first glyph is not entirely clear. It is possible to understand it as ṭ or ẓ or the merged outcome of both. Arabic ẓaribun refers to a stone or a fleshy man (Lane, 1909) or in MSAL ḏ̣arb 'a small piece of wood' (Johnstone 1987: 85). Both of these understandings are difficult. However, Arabic ṭarabun (Lane, 1836a) means 'joy', which would belong to the semantic range of positive emotions often found in such prayers.
