Hayajneh and Harahsheh 2025: yb{b/k} for hbb
- Commentary
-
hbb: This name has clearly been vandalized. A secondary stroke closes the fork of the h and adds an uptick to the second b, producing the unattested names ybb or ybk. The b of bn has also been given a medial denticle, causing it to resemble a ḥ.
