Interpretation

Commentary

fhdnThe common Arabian name fahd 'leopard' with perhaps a hypocoristic ending, n.

nghm: While the name ghm is popular across Arabia, a form with an n-prefix is unattested.

mkd: Cognate with Classical Arabic makada 'to stay, dwell' (Lane, 2728a).
