ʿbʿtr: This must be a hypocoristic form of the name ʿabdu-ʿaṯtar. The spelling ʿtr for ʿṯtr is common in North Arabia, especially as a component of the divine name ʿtrs¹m in Thamudic B.
There are a few stray letters above the hump of the camel. A d can be clearly read, but the remaining are very lightly carved. It seems that the author of this column abandoned their text.
