Interpretation

Commentary
Ḫ{R}M – The second letter is not well formed and may indeed be a g; however, since this does not render a meaningful word, and interpreting it as r is also possible, I tentatively suggest reading the word as ḫrm, which is attested elsewhere in Safaitic (Al-Jallad and Jaworska 2019: 75). Given the context, the form is likely an active participle, (/ḫārem/), “an effacer.”
