Translation
By ʾs¹d son of {N}ʿm{n} so{n} of Ḥrṯt {and he grieved for} Ġft and for ʾnʿm and he patrolled; Oh Lt, let there be peace, and {} he grew weak; Oh Bʿls¹mn, send the rains, and may the remains of whoever effaces [this inscription] be destroyed
