By Wd son of Qnʾl son of Wd son of ʾkzm and he pastured the goats, so Oh Lt may there be peace and Oh Ds²r and S²ʿ{h}qm and ʾlt, may there be protection (protected area for pasture?), [and Oh ʾl send provisions and establish rain water???]
