Translation
By S²hm {son of Ḥ}g son of Ġṯ son of S²hm of the tribe of M{}m and he set out X the year [of Whblh son of Wṭyṭ / the year that he gave him son of Wṭyṭ / the year he was given a son and ṭyṭ], so Oh Lt may there be peace for he who invokes a prayer [when reading] this inscription
