Translation: By Mʿn son of Ḥmgn son of ʿrd and he pastured the goals and he camped by water among the [tribe of] Hms¹k ?, so Oh Lt may there be peace and bounty to those of the tribe of Ḍf and (his youngest son Ḫṭr /OR/ those in trouble)?
