Commentary
Only ʿṭs¹ has been drawn in NSR's copy and not the second name. The signs in thicker lines drawn at the beginning of the copy are later hammer marks which obscure the beginning of the text. The letter read as h by NSR has a slightly curving tail and is probably a k or possibly a ġ. The middle letter of the second name is covered by abrasions.
