Interpretation

Apparatus Criticus
HCH: l ṣr bn ḥd ḏ- ʾl m----nq (the second letter of the tribal name could perhaps be a g). JSafN 51 p. 53: mglq for m----nq. MCAM from photo: ḥ{d} or ḥy for the second name and mẓnq for the lineal name. .
Commentary
The form of the d as read in the second name in HCH is not very accurately drawn in the publication and in the photograph the letter looks more like a y although the upper stroke of a d could be hidden by an abrasion.
