Commentary
There is a short line within the curve of the {b} of ʿ{b}dy, which means the letter could potentially be a ḥ. Nevertheless, a name “ʿḥdy” is unattested, whereas ʿbdy appears 101 times in OCIANA at the time of writing. Josef Bloomfield
