Interpretation

Commentary

This appears to be a short prayer to an anonymous deity. 

nzm: This word is previously attested in another, similarly enigmatic phrase KMA 17-19. See the commentary there.

ʿwn: The reading of the second letter is not entirely certain. It could be plausibly read as as well, but w is more likely. Compare with Arabic ʿawn- 'aid' (Lane, 2203a).
