Ahmad Al-Jallad
Translation
By Ms¹k son of S¹wd son of Tm son of Zḥk son of Ms²ʿr and he built for Gb, of the lineage of Qmr, and grieved in pain so, O Allāt, may those who remain alive be secure but let him who would efface this writing go blind
