Translation
By Ġṯ son of Ṣʿd son of Ys¹ʿd son of Mrʾ son of Mfny son of Ms²ʿr and he built {upon} Gb and grieved for Mlkt and for his father; O Allāt may those who remain (alive) be secure but blind him who would efface this writing
