Translation
By Ymlk son of Ms²ʿr son of Zḥk son of Ms²ʿr of the lineage of Qmr and he built for Gb and grieved for Mlkt and for his mother and for his sister and for Mḥlm and for Dm and for ʾlht; and may he who effaces this writing be thrown out (of the grave)
