CGSP 7: the last three letters are read as the end of CGSP 7
OCIANA 1: M.C.A. Macdonald: l s²---- bn ṯs²m; first part of text more lightly scratched and the third letter unclear; again it seems likely that ṯ should be read /g/ although the s² is a zig-zag; this however is not insuperable as zig-zag s²'s occur in Hismaic.
- Commentary
This is another example on the same panel of the mixed Safaitic-Hismaic hand. The zig-zag s², which is rare in Hismaic, seems comparable in the number of its undulations to the type found in variant 3 Safaitic; compare this hand to that CGSP 5.
