Interpretation

Commentary
The inscription appears on a face of the stone partially affected by abrasion, along with BES20 1693 and 1695. Due to the state of preservation and the way in which the inscriptions are carved around each other, it is difficult to be certain which letters belong to which inscription. Josef Bloomfield
